The General Customs Administration (AGD) held its graduation ceremony this week, followed by the swearing-in of the student officers of the National Customs School (END).

The AGD is bolstering its ranks with a new class of 68 customs officers, now ready to dedicate their skills, professionalism, and integrity to modernizing the Haitian customs administration. This new class is part of the ongoing reform and strengthening process of the AGD, centered on its three fundamental missions: fiscal, economic, and protection.

The ceremony took place in the presence of Walter Gabellus, Director General of the AGD; Marc-Kenley Mogène, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Jean Bouco Jean Jacques, Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Goethie Varnelle Morency, Director General of the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC); Madelain Fils-Aimé, General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH); and several other senior officials from the public administration.
