The rice production improvement project in Artibonite is currently engaged in the transplanting work for the second planting season of the year.

Partner farmers are using quality seeds produced by the project to prepare their seedlings, then transplanting them at regular intervals to give each plant enough space to develop properly and promote tillering.

At the same time, the project team is accelerating the distribution of fertilizers and their delivery to the various farmers' organizations so that farmers can apply fertilizer at the appropriate time.

The TaiwanICDF technical team in Haiti continues to work alongside the farmers of Artibonite. Together, we are planting the seeds for better rice production and contributing to strengthening food security in Haiti !
