On Saturday, September 26, 2026, Vladimir Paraison, the Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), paid tribute to Commander Cédric Rebillot, International Technical Expert and Advisor to the PNH Directorate General, after three years of collaboration within the police force.

The ceremony was held at the headquarters of the PNH, in the presence of members of the High Command and several heads of departments within the institution, including the Inspector General of the PNH (IGPNH), the Recruitment Directorate, the General Intelligence Directorate (DRG), the Office of the Director General, the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), the Central Directorate of Administrative Police (DCPA), the Basketball Fund, the National Police Academy (ENP), and the Human Resources Directorate (DRH). Grégory-Hugues Frely, the French Internal Security Attaché, also attended the ceremony.

On this occasion, Paraison, Chief Inspector General Frédéric Leconte, Inspector General Jean Yonel Trécile, and Grégory-Hugues Frely spoke to commend Commander Rebillot's commitment and contribution to strengthening cooperation and supporting the Haitian National Police (PNH) over the past three years.

The various speakers expressed their sincere gratitude and wished him success and continued support in his new responsibilities.

As a token of appreciation, gifts were presented to him on behalf of the PNH to symbolically mark the end of this period of collaboration.
