The quarter-final format for the 2026–2027 CONCACAF Nations League features head-to-head matchups between teams advancing from the group stage and the region's top-ranked nations, scheduled for the FIFA international window from November 9 to 17, 2026.

Option 1 : Opponent : United States

If the team finishing 2nd in Group B (such as Jamaica or Suriname) completes its 4 matches with fewer than 9 points or a worse goal difference than the Grenadiers (+4), Haiti will be designated the "best runner-up". The Grenadiers will then face the Americans.

Option 2 : Opponent : Mexico

If the Group B runner-up manages to surpass Haiti's performance (for example, by reaching 10 points or securing 9 points with a goal difference better than +4), the Grenadiers will drop to the rank of "worst runner-up." They will then face the Mexicans.

What is at stake :

Gold Cup Qualification: The four winning teams also secure a direct spot in the 2027 Gold Cup. The losing teams, meanwhile, will have to go through a preliminary qualifying round (play-off match).
