Under the leadership of Franck Lauture, Director General of the National Institute for Vocational Training (INFP), a new milestone has been reached with the launch of the Renewable Energy (RE) Training Program, developed using a competency-based approach.

This initiative aims to train qualified technicians capable of meeting the needs of the Haitian energy sector and contributing to the development of sustainable solutions.

The launch also provided an opportunity to present the program's main components and gather technical feedback from participants, in a process of review and validation.

Lauture acknowledged the collaboration of the Rinaldi Foundation and CESAL, as well as the financial support of the European Union, which contribute to the implementation of this initiative to strengthen vocational training in Haiti.

Through this launch, the INFP reaffirms its commitment to developing training programs tailored to the country's realities, promoting the professional integration of young people, and supporting the emergence of new skills in the field of renewable energy.

Please note that INFP has not yet published the session schedule, the exact duration in months, or the academic criteria required for submitting applications. Registration and deployment procedures at the national pilot centers will be announced soon.
