As part of preparations for voter registration, Louder Antoine Director General of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) in a press release dated October 19, 2026, announces the additional recruitment and training of Electoral Security Agents (ASE), as well as the recruitment of departmental and municipal supervisors in the 10 departments of the country.

I. Recruitment of departmental and municipal supervisors. Eligibility conditions :

• Be Haitian, aged 25 to 50;

• Enjoy your civil and political rights;

• Hold a classical studies diploma (NS IV);

• Residing in the department or municipality concerned;

• Present a recent certificate of good conduct and morals and complete the CEP form.

II. Recruitment of Electoral Security Agents (ASE). Eligibility conditions :

• Be Haitian, aged 21 to 50;

• Enjoy your civil and political rights;

• Hold at least the 9th year fundamental certificate;

• Live in the municipality concerned;

• Present a recent certificate of good conduct and morals and complete the CEP form.

III. Documents to be provided for the two categories of positions:

• National Identification Card (CIN) and copy;

• Certificate, original and copy;

• Two (2) recent identity photos;

• Recent certificate of good conduct and morals;

• Personal telephone number and reference number.

NB : Having already been an Electoral Security Agent, Communal or Departmental Supervisor during a previous electoral process is a major asset.

Applications are received at the Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) and Communal Electoral Offices (BEC), from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during the recruitment period. Any incomplete file will result in the rejection of the application.

The training of the selected ASEs is scheduled for October 23 to 25, 2026.
