In line with the Government’s public policy framework and the sectoral activity programming linked to the execution of the current fiscal year’s operating and investment budget, the Ministry of Culture and Communication announces that the following projects will be implemented during the first quarter of the 2026–2027 fiscal year :

• Launch of the Ministry’s new website, in coordination with its affiliated agencies;

• An inventory of associations, firms, institutions, and cultural infrastructure, along with a census of professionals in the fields of culture and the arts;

• Issuance of the Professional Press Card;

• Opening of the first "Maison des Arts et de la Presse (House of Arts and the Press);

• Installation of the jury members for the five National Awards;

• Commencement of studies and the start of construction work for the initial phase of the perimeter enclosure at the Bwakayiman site;

• Publication of the commemorative book "Le rêve inachevé" ("The Unfinished Dream"), a tribute to the Grenadiers;

• A symposium on the Carnival industry, intended to lead to the creation of a Carnival Museum and an Institute for Carnival Trades;

• Establishment of the first Haitian House of Culture abroad;

• A seminar for journalists on techniques for covering an election campaign.
