Students who failed in the Bac, require a better notation !

Tuesday, August 28 the students who failed in the Rhaeto and Philo, took the streets and launched hostile remarks to the Ministry of Education to protest against the catastrophic results of the Bac. They want a new correction "Each year, bachelors who fails receives the same notes..." have declared some students furious... The protesters believe that the copies were poorly corrected, noting that on 3.500 students who failed in Rhaeto, only 20 were admitted and only 9 in Philo have succeeded on 3.000. They demand the cancellation of these results and threatened to block the holding next Monday, the the extraordinary session of the bac exams in Petit-Goâve, if the Ministry of Education does not give them satisfaction. Soon a Taiwanese program in Les Cayes

Once its project is completed to Savane Diane, Taiwan will launch a program to help agriculture in the South of Haiti. The program is designed to be implemented in Les Cayes, to help people to grow crops such as rice and corn, according to the International Cooperation and Development Fund - Taiwan - ICDF, based in Taipei.

Bahamas Trade Mission

The Embassy of Haiti to The Bahamas will lead a two-city Trade and Investment Mission, September 10-16. The multi-sector trade mission, which has been organized in conjunction with the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce (BCCEC), will enable Bahamians companies to explore business opportunities in Haiti.
