General census of businesses

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) informs that it will conduct a census of businesses throughout the country from September 3, 2012. Agents recruited by the Ministry, will be deployed in the 10 departments to identify and locate all commercial and industrial operation. MCI relies on the collaboration of all for the success of this census.

72 hours to release the sidewalks of the capital

Tuesday, the municipal administration of Port-au-Prince gave a delay of 72 hours, to all persons illegally occupying the sidewalks of the capital so that they release these public spaces "It is forbidden to engage in any activity on the sidewalks, reserved for pedestrians." Ms. Marie Josephe René, the mayor of Port-au-Prince, has explained that this measure aims to allow the repair and rehabilitation of sidewalks to make them more practicable for the pedestrians and persons with reduced mobility. She specifies, that this provision concerning three constituencies of the town of Port-au-Prince and that sanctions will be taken against offenders.

28 of 32 circuits, are now operational

The Director of Electricity of Haiti (EDH), Andress Appolon informs that 28 of the 32 circuits of the company, are now operational. Second edition of football championship on consol

The "Aigle Infos Studios" invites you to the launch of the second edition of FIFA football championship on consol : The Tournament on Play Station 3 and Xbox Friday, August 31, 2012 at noon to the Barak Club, Petion-ville. This edition will be held on a period of 5 days, on two weeks : or August 31, September 1-6-7-8, 2012, between noon and 6:00 pm.
