U20 - Final phase of qualification in Mexico

The Embassy of Haiti in Mexico, reminds the Haitian community established in Mexico, that the National Selection of less than twenty years (Group A), will play the final phase of qualifications of the World Cup U-20 of the FIFA, Turkey 2013 at the Estadio Universitario de Puebla (Mexico). Monday, February 18, 2013 - 5:30 pm: Haiti - USA - Wednesday, February 20, 5:30 pm: Haiti Costa Rica - Tuesday, February 26, 5:30 pm: Winner Group A against Second Group B - Tuesday, February 26, 8:00 am: Winner Group B against Second Group A. The community is invited to go in number to Puebla to support and applaud the Eleven National.

Inauguration of the library of the DNL

Monday, February 18 from 11:00 am the National Directorate of Book (DNL) will proceed with the inauguration of its Library located in Pacot at number 10 street 3 in the presence of Josette Darguste, the Minister of Culture and other cultural figures. A show with several artists of teh place precede the inauguration.

50 Haitian athletes for the "Sports Festival of the Women"

Bárbara Hernández, President of the Organizing Committee indicated that Haiti had confirmed his participation with more than 50 athletes to the "Sports Festival of the Women" (Festival Deportivo de Mujer), organized by the Ministry of Sports and the Dominican Olympic Committee, to be held for the first time in the Dominican Republic from 15 to 17 March 2013, at Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center. Haiti will compete in: athletics, volleyball, weightlifting and football.

Exhibition of visual artists Killy

From 18 February to 2 March 2013, the FOKAL presents to the public the exhibition "Croix-des-Bossales" of visual artist Killy, at the Atrium FOKAL but also on the esplanade. The opening of the exhibition will take place on February 18 at 4:30 pm.
