According to Senator Andris Riché, Vice-President of the Senate, on Radio Caraïbes declared Thursday evening, that the Parliament has designated its 3 representatives to the College Transitional of Permanent Electoral Council (CTCEP). They would : Mrs. Cluny Dumé, Me Néhémie Joseph and Mr. Pierre Simon Georges. An information, to be formally confirmed, given the many changing announcements, made since the beginning of the week... France and Canada reaffirm their commitment During the visit to Canada of Jean-Marc Ayrault, the French Prime Minister, the two countries reaffirmed their long-term commitment to Haiti "[...] will continue to work with Haitian authorities and international partners to strengthenHaiti’s economy, governance, rule of law and security."
