A 4-storey building collapsed in Martissant (Port-au-Prince). Firefighters have so far extracted 5 survivors from the rubble. The collapsed building was abandoned. The five survivors, wounded, were transported to the hospital, individuals often visited the building to retrieve the rebar and other materials for recycling.
