Pamela White met 8 students

This Friday, Ambassador Pamela White met 8 young Haitians following their studies at the University of Florida. Remember that these students had received in early May their diploma at teh level Master, started in 2010, as part of a scholarship of WINNER project, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
