Management of National Historical Park

Friday morning, a meeting was held around the strategies of Management of National Historical Park , between Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism and Josette Darguste, Minister of Culture and officials from the Ministry of Tourism whose Ms. Dieudonne E. Luma, the Northern Regional Director, of the Ministry and Mr. Kendrick Demesvar one of the responsible of the Management Unit of the park.

Next Council of Ministers of Petrocaribe in Haiti

The Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe at the ministerial meeting of the eighth Petrocaribe Summit, proposed that the next Council of Ministers of Petrocaribe, be held in September in Cap Haitien. Information than Laurent Lamothe confirmed a little later "The next Council of Ministers of Petrocaribe will be held in Haiti from 2 to 6 September."

Reopening of the National Lottery

After 14 years of closure, the General Secretariat of the Haitian State Lottery announced that it will proceed to the reopening of the operations of the National Lottery, Tuesday, July 2, at #37A of the Pacot Street, at 11:00 am

Next criminal assizes

Criminal assizes with and without a jury will begin from 8 July in several jurisdictions in the country, including Port-au-Prince and Hinche. More than 150 cases will be heard in both jurisdictions which certainly will contribute to the reduction of pre-trial detention in the country.
