Mega-concert of Tropicana Orchestra

The Committee of the 50th anniversary of the Tropicana Orchestra of Haiti, announced that as part of the commemorative activities, it organized a mega concert at the Champ de Mars, Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013, starting at 7:00 pm for all music lovers and fanatics of the Group. According to the President of the Committee of the 50th, all the artists, musicians and Haitian musical groups are invited to take part.

Matthew Andrew Carter sentenced to 165 years in prison

On Wednesday, the U.S. Matthew Andrew Carter (68) was sentenced to 165 years in prison by a court in Miami, which found him guilty of repeated sexual abuse on 52 children, whom he was supposed to take care in orphanage in Haiti.
