The Head of State touched the World Cup trophy !

For the first time, the legendary World Cup football Trophy, in tour in more than 80 countries before returning to Brazil, stopped in Haiti. At Gymnasium Vincent where the trophy was exposed, the Head of State has made a brief visit, Saturday, Oct. 26 and took the opportunity to touch it. General Assembly of Public Accountants

At the General Assembly of Public Accountants of Ministry of Economy and Finance, which was recently held for 3 days, executives of the Treasury Directorate of the Ministry of Finance worked on the the link between the budget and accounting accrual accounting. For his part, Jean Donat André Deputy Director General of the Treasury, presented the ongoing reforms : the introduction of a single account, of a centralized treasury management ; of accounting positions and their role in the chain of public expenditure ; the rationalization and enhancement of accounting.
