Jean Jean Roosevelt and the promotion of Haiti ?

Friday, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism met with Haitian singer Jean Jean Roosevelt that she congratulated for his fine performance at the Games of La Francophonie. Discussions have been initiated with the promotion team of singer for a collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism to promote Haiti in its various representations on the international scene.

Minustah touring the Western Department

During his recent tour of the municipalities of Petit-Goâve, Grand-Goâve and Léogâne, in the West Department, Luis Carrilho, Police Commissioner of the Minustah, has praised the work of agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) and their colleagues of the United Nations Police (UNPOL) as part of the struggle against insecurity in the region. He also visited Turtis Mawo, now under the control of the Specialized units of the PNH with the support of UNPOL, after the political violence last June.
