Media interested by the Haitian gastronomy

Friday, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, Minister of Tourism and Chef Stéphane Durand Berrouet, received for a lunch, a group of journalists, bloggers and Chefs, within the confines of Historical Parkof the Sugarcane. Came with the specific purpose of living the Haiti's culinary experience, this group was very fond of our gastronomyand very curious, tasting everything, asking about the ingredients and making the full of flavors to enrich later columns of their media. The Minister took the opportunity to give an interview to Susan Semanak, a journalist from the Montreal Gazette.

Reminder Scholarship Program Chile 2014

The Ministry of Public Health, recalls that the Chilean International Cooperation Agency has launched an appeal for the Scholarship program for Horizontal Cooperation for 2014. Applications containing: admission to the University of Chile, the bachelor, transcripts and curriculum vitae should be sent to the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), located in the former UNDP premises, Route de bourdon #387, before the deadline of December 12, 2013.

Presentation of ECHO's strategy (2014)

Monday, the European Union, through ECHO (the Directorate General in charge of humanitarian aid and civil protection), proceeded to a presentation of its strategy to respond to humanitarian needs in Haiti in 2014. This presentation took place in the presence of all partners implementing ECHO (UN agencies, NGOs and the Red Cross movement).
