Port for the industrial Park North ?

During his meeting with President Barack Obama, President Martelly declared about the Industrial Park North (Caracol) "I explained to President Barack Obama the need to equip the park with a port in Fort-Liberté or enlarge the that of Cap-Haitien, because currently, nearly 70% of maritime commercial traffic serving the Park, goes through the Dominican Republic.
