Some figures on welfare

From October 2012 to March 2014, 249.720 Emergency/Solidarity Vouchers have been distributed in the 10 departments of Haiti. Launched in May 2012 the sub-program "Ti Manman Cheri" currently has 122,704 beneficiaries momsacross the country. KorePeyizan since October 2012 distributed 81,160 seed kits to farmers and 13,950 fishing kits to fishermen of Haiti.

NOTICE: Problem of passports in Pointe-à-Pitre

The Consulate General of Haiti in Pointe-à-Pitre inform the Haitian community, that all passports produced during mid-February to April 2014 can not be delivered on time, due to the unavailability of books at the Embassy of Haiti in Washington, competent authority responsible for issuing passports abroad. The Consular Mission apologizes for this inconvenience and hardship that this delay may have caused to interested parties as part of their approaches. Thank you for your understanding.

BOULPIK prepares his European tour...

Troubadours of the BOULPIK Group continues to repeat, to prepare their first European tour who will play France particularly, at the Angoulême festival of "Musiques Métisses" of Angoulême and in Netherlands, from 20 May to 13 June.

The video of the flagship title "Nèg Dafrik" will soon be broadcasted on the Haitian television channels and the launch of their latest album "Lakay Konpa" is expected at the return of group in June. Friday, June 20, BOULPIK will host a ball-troubadour at the French Institute at 7:00 p.m. Meanwhile, Boulpik Group continues to play every Sunday afternoon at the hotel Visa Lodge.
