Training on Food Safety

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC) in partnership with the "National Commercial Training Service" (SENAC) recently organized a training workshop on food security, to the Hotel School of Haiti (HHE). Twenty people including trainers of HHE, inspectors of MTIC and hospitality professionals and food took part in this training session. This activity is the result of a technical cooperation initiated by Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin the Minister of MTIC with Brazil to improve the capacity of professional of catering sector in Haiti.

Improve the income of suppliers of tourism products and services
