FLASH : Chancellor Brutus resigns

In the front line on the issue of illegal immigrants living in the Dominican Republic, we have just learned that Duly Brutus, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, has ubmitted his resignation to Prime Minister Evans Paul, to participate in the next presidential election.
