On the sidelines of the World Economic Forum for Latin America, which brought together leaders and entrepreneurs from various countries of the world to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the President Martelly held a series of special meetings with several head of leading companies to encourage them to invest in Haiti, in particular with :

Carlos Slim Domit, President "America Movil" leader in the mobile telecommunications sector in Latin America and the fourth largest in the world in terms of subscribers.

The group KALTEX a textile company, 100% Mexican, which includes companies that manufacture synthetic fibers, thread, fabrics, garments and textile products for the home.

The INADEM, an autonomous decentralized agency of the Mexican Ministry of Economy, whose objective is to perform and coordinate national policy to support entrepreneurs and micro, small and medium enterprises through the promotion of innovation, competitiveness and the projection on the national and international markets.

Libra Holdings, an international group that works in shipping, aircraft leasing, real estate, renewable energy, hotels and hospitality services.

General Electric (GE) that operates through the following segments: electricity and water, oil and gas, energy management, aviation, health care, transportation and capital.
