Tuesday, the students of the Hotel and Tourist Training Institute in Les Cayes (IFORHT) conducted a session of practical work in cooking and bar-restaurant.

Karine Conde, the Departmental Director South of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC), participated in the tasting of food and drinks made by young students of the IFORTH.

Note that this new promotion, has approximately 57 students, who will soon be on the labor market to enhance the level of service in hotels and tourist establishments of South Department.
