Charles Jean-Jacques, the National Authorising Officer of the European Development Fund (EDF) proceeded to the installation of the engineer Edouard Excellent as General Coordinator in the Office of the National Authorising Officer (BON), he will be responsible to create a better synergy within the institution to produce more results and improve the quality of services offered.

Edouard Excellent is experienced in business management and has 30 years of experience. He worked at the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation for more than 10 years in the monitoring and evaluation, and a dozen years in the management of European development funds from the 7th to 11th EDF.

"His modesty and sense of humans are its strengths", said Jean-Jacques Charles with particular admiration for the parents of Mr. Excellent who instilled in him these values.
