iciHaiti - Elections : «Un pas dans la bonne direction...»

The Government of Mexico, who participated in the electoral observation mission of the Organization of American States (OAS), recognized that elections in Haiti "are a step in the right direction in the democratic election process in Haiti.
However, there are still challenges that must be addressed through the commitment of the authorities of that country, the international cooperation and better electoral practices.
The OAS will remain a strategic partner [...]" declared the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.
