Tuesday, Gérald Oriol Jr., Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, signed a memorandum of understanding with Plan International Haiti. This partnership with a duration of three years, aims inter alia to strengthen actions in the area of advocacy and education for the benefit of disabled people, especially children and youth.

"Together, we will implement our skills so that everyone can find their place and accompany individuals in all neutrality, in the interests of transparency and fairness," declared Secretary of State Oriol.
