Wednesday, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action, Jimmy Albert accompanied by Jean Max Saint Albin, Director General of Ministry and several members of his cabinet, joined several hundred young people from different neighborhoods to celebrate the International Youth Day on the Square Jérémie.

The Minister Albert, as usual, took the time to thank the Almighty before his message to young people where he reminded them that alcohol, drugs, banditry cannot ensure them a bright future and encouraged young to avoid these routes. He also recalled the sense of  "Kenbe tèt ou, Kraze bèt ou, Kwè nan tèt ou !"

Moreover, the Ministry of National Education has mobilized with other partners including the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to supervise over 300 young people gathered at the Olympic Park come participate in outreach activities around issues of youth, particularly around the themes of citizenship education, environment, sexual education that were the subject of debate.
