Last Friday, around 9:00 am the body of a young Haitian motorcycle taxi, known as "Titi" was found dead in a ravine on the side of the Dominican border of Elias Piña, reported Ulrick Camille, a animator of the Support Group for Returnees and Refugees (GARR) in Belladère.
