Thursday, as part of the control process and reframing of Universal Schooling Program Free and Compulsory (PSUGO), Jackson Pléteau, Inspector General of the Ministry of Education revealed that the Ministry had discovered a new fraud in the PSUGO.

"We observed that 16 private schools involved in the PSUGO, being in locations and different addresses in West department, have the same effective list of schoolchildren," adding that this case will be forwarded to the judicial authorities for legal action.
