iciHaiti - Justice : Monitoring of the Draft Code of Criminal Procedure

Monday, the members of the Presidential Commission for the Reform of Justice, headed by former Minister of Justice, Me Jean Joseph Exume, held a fruitful working session with actors from the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Cap Haitien, around the draft Code of Criminal Procedure.
In the presence of Secretary of State for Justice, Me Ronald Sybert, participants, composed mostly of magistrates sitting and standing of the Courts of First Instance (TPI) of Cap Haitien and Fort Liberté, exchanged for several hours with members of the Commission, on the strengths and weaknesses of this draft code, expected to be submitted to the appreciation of the 50th Legislature
