Friday evening, after the football match between Haiti and Panama [0-0], a dispute suddenly broke out between two plainclothes policemen including an officer of the Corps of Intervention and Maintenance of Order (CIMO) regarding it appears on the purchase of « fritay » that they were going done with a merchant of the street Oswald Durand, near the Faculty of Medicine and Ontology.

Quickly the situation escalated and the CIMO agent would severely beaten his college, which in reaction would output a handgun and shot 5 times the agent CIMO. Rushed to the hospital and despite all efforts, the victim died in the hands of doctors.

An investigation was opened and the murderer police officer was arrested for legal suites.
