Friday evening, after the football match between Haiti and Panama [0-0], a dispute suddenly broke out between two plainclothes policemen including an officer of the Corps of Intervention and Maintenance of Order (CIMO) regarding it appears on the purchase of « fritay » that they were going done with a merchant of the street Oswald Durand, near the Faculty of Medicine and Ontology.

An investigation was opened and the murderer police officer was arrested for legal suites.
