The Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) organizes since Tuesday until July 21, 2016 at the Marriott Hotel, a workshop on the implementation of the "Interministerial System of Human Resources Management" (SIGRH) including the integration process of the web portal of employment.

This information system, allows to modernize the management of the career of human resources of public administration, including recruitment, staff movements, performance evaluation, promotion, training, workforce planning, retirement, etc...

This system provides the opportunity for HR managers, to conduct sectoral management of their human resources, to master at any time the number of State workers and out automatic reports on its evolution through a central server instralled to OMRH, which is responsible for overseeing the process on the overall plan.
