iciHaiti - Culture : Culinary Heritage of Haiti
Thursday took place a gastronomic evening organized by the Faculty of Ethnology (FE), in partnership with the National Bureau of Ethnology (BNE). Several officials were present at this event, including the host of the evening Erol Josué, Director General of the National Bureau of Ethnology, Michelle Frisch, Director General of the Museum of National Pantheon of Haiti (MUPANAH), Emelie Prophète, Director General of the National Library of Haiti (BNH) and Yves Blot, Vice Dean for research, Faculty of Ethnology (FE).

At the program of this gastronomic evening : exhibition of traditional dishes and drinks from the 10 departments of Haiti, as well as artistic performances. This evening allowed not only to discover some regional specialties of Haitian cuisine, but also to open a line of research on the culinary heritage of Haiti.
