iciHaïti - Justice : The case of Clifford Brandt does not move forward...

Wednesday in criminal court without jury assistance, the case Clifford Brandt was again evoked front the court by Me Claude Michel and Me Claude Jean, the Public Ministry representatives. The accused Clifford Brandt, Evans Larrieux, St-Fort Carlo Blindel, Carline Richema, Ricot Pierreval and Sawadienne Jean appeared before the court in the presence of their lawyers.
The judge Joseph Jeudilien Fanfan chaired the hearing in which it not happen much other than reading the order for dismissal of instruction judge, of the decision of the Court of Cassation. The judge Fanfan ordered an adjournment until Thursday, August 18 10:00 a.m. where will be exposed to the indictment by the Government Commissioner and the presentation of the list of witnesses.
