Following the suspension and postponement to fortnight of the hearing of the trial of Clifford Brandt and his alleged accomplices on Thursday 28 January, the trial that was scheduled to resume Monday, February 15 was postponed again of 24 hours in the absence of the accused...
The Tribunal Dean drew a minute recognizing this absence and ordered that all measures are taken to ensure that the accused is present in court on Tuesday January 16th.
Judge Jean Wilner Morina stated that if the accused failed to appear on the date fixed, the Director of the prison will be considered as rebel to the law.
