In the presence of Abel Nazaire, the Minister of Youth, of Carline Joseph, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti (CHIC), Edouard Paultre, Coordinator of the Haitian Council of Non State Actors (CONHANE ), and representatives of organizations and youth associations, the 2nd edition of ELAN 2016, the largest international youth forum in Haiti, ended after 4 days of fruitful discussion and sharing among a hundred young came from the 10 departments of Haiti, the United States of America, Canada and France among others...

During the forum, several panels composed of experts from different fields spoke about the four chosen themes: agriculture, employment, technology and climate change. The various interventions were followed by workshops that enabled the young participants to develop 4 major projects including : "Agri nou", "Konprann Chanjman Klimatik", "Push" and "EduSmart" designed to promote, educate and promote agricultural entrepreneurship, inform and educate citizens especially young people on climate change and positively act upon the employability of young professionals.
