In his speech, the Minister Fleurant recalled that "the results of two monitoring reports of PTI 2014-2016were generally below the objectives. Hence the need to avoid any break in the decisive step towards the emergence of Haiti by 2030 and get more obvious developments results." Minister Fleurant recalled that the 2017-2019 PTI is a collective work that has benefited from the pro-active participation of all stakeholders, especially the Ministry of Economy. This working meeting was held around four axes, namely: the policy framework, the macroeconomic framework elements and PTI 2017-2019 financing needs, as well as the multiannual framework and the 2017-2018 budget.
