iciHaiti - NOTICE : Building Permits in Les Cayes

Jean Gabriel Fortuné, the Mayor of Les Cayes reminds the general public and the taxpayers liable of a building permit in particular that "in accordance with the laws in force governing the authorization to build and to subdivide, the obligation they have to deposit the property titles relating to any new application for authorization to erect buildings, fences or subdivisions, at least 8 Days in advance, for study and feasibility, prior to the issuance of such permit.
From now on, any contravening this provision will be sanctioned according to the laws of the Republic."
