Deeply committed to contributing to build a better and safer world, where pluralism and difference are encouraged and celebrated, Canada who will participate in the fortnight of the Francophonie in Haiti, has made its belonging to La Francophonie, one of the main priorities of its foreign policy.

Many activities are planned for this occasion in Haiti. In partnership with the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) in Haiti, Canada joins the 3rd edition of the Young Journalist Award, also joins the French Institute in Haiti to present the 2nd Francophone Film Festival of Haiti Port-au-Prince, which will take place from March 20 to 28, 2017, as well as the Francophone Song Contest on March 23, 2017.
