On Monday, the Foundation Dr Louis G. Lamothe (FLGL), in partnership with the growers' associations of "Fanm MODEJEP", "Fanm OPDES" and "Fanm k applante" celebrated the celebration of Agriculture and Labor in Panyol, (Kenscoff).

According to a proven methodology, about 100 inhabitants and about 50 students from the Panyol Classical Training Center (CPCP) in Nan Theresa have planted 5,000 seedlings along the agricultural trail of 2.66 kilometers from Furcy to Panyol in the 3rd communal section of Sourçailles https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-20145-icihaiti-panyol-a-vehicle-for-the-first-time-in-the-village-center.html

1,125 holes were dug from Nan Thérèse to the center of the village. 2,000 seedlings of Loquat, 2,000 of Jimpa and 1,000 of Grevillea and 5,000 potato cuttings were graciously offered to the peasants of Panyol by the peasants of Mahotière.

At maturity, these seedlings will protect in rainy weather, this agricultural track built on the initiative of the FLGL with the contribution of Digicel and Klowofil Foundations. Thanks to this trail, the inhabitants now transport their agricultural products to the major centers and easily access the road from Furcy to Kenscoff.
