Friday, Émilie Jessy Ménos, the Minister of Tourism, launched a campaign around the theme "Zafè touris, se zafè tout moun".

This campaign, which will run until November, will include several phases and activities, aims to raise awareness of the importance of tourism and invites all Haitians to project a positive image of the country to be hospitable with regard to tourists who have chosen Haiti as their destination and members of the Haitian diaspora notably on the occasion of the rural festivals.

For Minister Ménos, tourism can make an enormous contribution to the economy of the country, ensuring that all measures have been taken with the Police Tourist (POLITOUR), to ensure the safety of both domestic and international tourists.
