iciHaiti - Transport : Memorandum on fees and taxes

A memorandum bearing the signature of Jude A. Patrick Salomon, Minister of Economy and Finance informs that following the various discussions between his Ministry and the Commission of Transport https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-22277-haiti-flash-jovenel-moise-backtracked-transportation-strike-lifted.html it was agreed :
"1- In reference to Article 11 of the Decree of 29 September 2005 amending that of 28 September 1987 relating to the Fiscal Identity Card, public transport drivers, regularly identified by legally recognized trade unions, are assimilated to daily employees. As such, they will pay an annual fee of 250 gourdes for the tax registration card.
2- The measure relating to Article 279 of the Decree of 4 April 1979 on the Registration and Traffic of Vehicles, supplemented by that of 1 June 20015 concerning the tariff of Conventions, is provisionally suspended."
