Miss Haiti Organization informs the general public that Caroline Minerve Sanchelle Begein, Miss Haiti 2017's first runner-up, left the country last month for Japan to represent Haiti at the 57th Edition of the contest Miss International.

After three weeks of competition against the Misses from 70 countries, Caroline, who hopes to be among the finalists, will represent Haiti in the grand final to be held Sunday, November 14 at "Tokyo Dome City" in Japan.

A 22-year-old graduate in administrative assistance, Caroline wants to put Haiti in the spotlight and wishes, if she wins the title of Miss International in Tokyo, to be for Haiti, an ambassador of love, peace and beauty in the world.

Miss Haiti Organization wishes success to Caroline Minerva Sanchelle Begein. That her participation serves to raise the image of Haiti.
