At the 8th International Finance Summit organized by the Group Croissance from 9 to 13 April at the Karibe Convention Center, 3 banks were honored for their performance and contribution to the modernization of the Haitian financial system : the National Bank of Credit (BNC), Sogebank and Unibank.

The Young Professional Women in Finance Award was awarded to Ms. Shella Fleurantin, Unibank Commercial Credit Manager,

The Caisse Populaire Sainte-Anne of Camp-Perrin (CAPOSAC) was named Caisse Populaire of the year. It is the third largest Caisse in the country in terms of assets with 761 million gourdes and nearly 25,000 customers.

The names of the 3 companies Winners of the AGRIPITCH Competition, launched by Cedel Haiti and funded by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, were unveiled:

1st The company "L’amitié" that turns the fruit of the real tree into flour has received a check for 250,000 gourdes;

2nd Nutriboost, who is dedicated to making peanut butter enriched with honey and moringa powder, received a check for 150,000 gourdes;

3rd The "Groupe Pro-algal", which works in spirulina production, received a check for 100,000 gourdes;
