First measure : Prohibition to the drivers of taxi-motorcycle of the City to transport in motorcycle 4 students or 4 people. Any offender to this measure is liable to penalties ranging from the cancellation of the trip to the ticket. The driver of Taxi-moto, caught carrying 4 students or 4 people will be forced to make the trip with only two passengers and then come back for the other two. In case of recidivism or refusal, the taxi driver will receive a ticket. Second measure : Prohibition to taxi-moto drivers from playing music at an exaggerated level. Taxi-motorcycle drivers who play music while driving through the streets are asked to turn down the volume because the loud noise or a volume of great intensity can lead to traffic accidents.
