iciHaiti - Handisports : Minister Charles pays tribute to our amputee Grenadiers
Before handing a plaque of Honor and Merit to the players, Minister Charles conveyed them congratulations of President Jovenel Moïse and Prime Minister Jean Henry Céant for the competitiveness they showed in Mexico during this World Cup.
In addition, the Minister advocated a synergy of actions between his Ministry and the Secretariat of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities for the development of football amputated in Haiti. He is convinced that this performance will encourage more involvement of the State in particular and of society in general, in favor of the integration of people with reduced mobility.

The Minister seized the opportunity of a dinner offered at the Selection, along with Gérald Oriol, the Secretary of State for the Integration of Disabled People, to hand over to the Haitian Association of Amputee Football (AHFA) a first subsidy of 500,000 gourdes at the AHFA to enable young people with reduced mobility to recreate healthily by devoting themselves to sports.
