iciHaiti - Insecurity : A tradeswoman killed after a bank withdrawal

On Saturday, March 9 at noon, Gladys Dupont (56), the owner of the "Christina Fleurs et Décors" shop on John Brown Avenue in Lalue, was robbed and shot dead in front of her business.

The assault occurred while Gladys Dupont was returning from a bank branch not far from her business after making a withdrawal of money a few minutes earlier.

Arriving in front of her shop, unidentified and armed individuals threatened the owner and forced to hand over all the money from his withdrawal, before shooting her with several bullets and fleeing on a motorcycle with their booty, without to be worried...

The police arrived at the scene too late to save the life of the victim...
