The Chef Mario Giovani Theodore, accompanied by two students from the EHH of Port au Prince and the South, presented at the premises of the Hotel School of the South, a breakfast buffet for students, teachers, employees and some notables of the city of Les Cayes. "The goal of this activity is to create a team spirit, a sharing of knowledge between students and teachers and also to present to the general public the know-how of our leaders and students," said Condé proudly during her speech. It was also an opportunity for members of the Events and Communication Department of EHH to present the various projects that will be carried out in the south and in Port au Prince to continue to enhance the image of the hotel institution.
