Thursday, Jean Michel Lapin, the Minister of Culture and acting Prime Minister, accompanied by the Director General of the Institute of Safeguarding National Heritage (ISPAN), the Representative ai of the United Nations Educational Organization, the Science and Culture (UNESCO), the Director and members of his Cabinet, chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee of the Tourism Sector Support Project (PAST).

Minister Lapin pleaded for the Ministry of Culture to take over the technical aspect of the project through ISPAN because it is the entity in charge of the valuation and preservation of the project of national heritage.
